Vitamin E Slows Functional Decline in Patients with Alzheimer's

A study of more than 600 older veterans with mild to moderate Alzheimer's disease showed that high doses of vitamin E delayed the decline in daily living skills, such as getting oneself dressed, by about six months over a two-year period.
